General Rules and Policies
Northeastern Kentucky Fish & Game Association Inc.
1) Northeastern Kentucky Fish & Game Assoc. is a family oriented facility and prohibits gambling, the use of alcohol, drugs, or profanity on NEKFG property. NEKFG has established a zero tolerance on the use of illegal firearms or illegal activities on NEKFG property.
2) The NEKFG membership cardholder is solely responsible for his/her membership access card. No NEKFG membership access card will be loaned out for any reason. If any member is found loaning a NEKFG membership access card, the NEKFG membership access card will be confiscated and all club privileges will be revoked for six months. On a second offense of loaning a NEKFG membership access card, there will be a loss of membership for a length of time determined by the Board of Directors.
3) Northeastern Kentucky Fish and Game Association memberships will be checked periodically to validate current membership. Anyone not able to be verified as a current member of NEKFG will be asked to leave the property. Anyone may ask to see the membership card of anyone on NEKFG grounds
4) Due to insurance requirements, NEKFG club members must sign a waiver of liability agreement on page one (1) of the application. All guests or non-members are required to sign a register located at the main clubhouse. Note! If using the DeZarn Rifle ranges or Trap Fields the register is located at the new Trap Building.
5) NEKFG club members are responsible for the conduct of all guests they host on the club property. Guests may use the club facilities one time. Any future use of the facility will require the purchase of a full NEKFG club membership.
6) All NEKFG club members' children under the age of 18 years are required to be accompanied by an adult NEKFG member while using Northeastern Kentucky Fish and Game club facilities.
7) All NEKFG club members' children under the age of 16 years are required to be under the immediate control of an adult NEKFG member at all times while using Northeastern Kentucky Fish & Game club facilities.
8) The NEKFG club Member is responsible for the cleanup of any litter incurred while their guest is on NEKFG club property.
9) NEKFG Club Membership dues are due the 1st of January each year. Dues paid after first Saturday in March will be accessed a $5.00 late penalty.
10) NEKFG cub members are prohibited from the taking of game on NEKFG club property. Hunting privileges are for a future youth hunt to be held on club property. Fishing in club ponds is catch and release only.
11) Intentional destruction of club property will result in loss of membership.
NEKFG Membership costs
First year membership fee is $75.00. (includes gate access card)
Sustaining yearly membership fee is $50.00.
The yearly membership fee includes spouse and children under the age of 18.
The membership fee allows use of all NEKFG club properties.
ADDITIONAL FEE FOR OTHER PRIVILEGES LISTED BELOW ARE PAID ONE (1) TIME ONLY AND MAY BE PURCHASED AT A LATER DATE.

· Replacement cards - $10.00
· Life membership is currently $500.00
NEKFG has 2 main areas that are known as the Main Clubhouse Grounds and the DeZarn Range Grounds.
