Gallery: Clubhouse Renovation
2008
Renovation on the clubhouse began on December 5th 2008.
The clubhouse was in need of major repairs and has only received minimal maintaince since 1987.
The project includes totally replacing the soffit and fascia boards around the clubhouse. The end caps and all exposed wood will be covered in aluminum or vinyl siding.
The porch will also be renovated at this time with a covered ceiling, security and accent lighting. The entire building will receive new guttering and downspouts. The project was supervised by director Duane G. Neese.
