Completed in 1997, the bench-rest building is dedicated to rim-fire rifles only and incorporates (9) nine regulation bench-rest tables inside and (5) five bench-rest tables outside. The building is heated and air conditioned for year round day and evening club sanctioned events.
The range is 90 yards in length and approximately 50 yards wide. Targets are positioned at 50 yards for scheduled bench-rest matches.
The range also accommodates .17 caliber rifles at the 90 yard marker.
An ARA type bench-rest match is scheduled monthly. (First Saturday of each month) There is a $25.00 member, $30.00 non-member entry fee.
Each Tuesday night the BR building is open and the range lights are on from 6:00PM to 8:00PM for .22 and .17 rifle practice shooting.
Each Wednesday night there is an "off the elbows" fun shoot at targets and spinners set to 35yds and 50yds. THe event is open to the public. The shoot starts at 6:00pm. There is a $1.00 club member, $2.00 non-member fee for this event.
